Kyokushin is called the strongest karate for a reason it's extremely hard on the body and will turn you into a walking tank (unless you get punched in the face). You will spar a lot more. Some schools allow punches to the head (shinken Shobu rules). Goju is more traditional and more emphasis is placed on Kata and bunkai.

We do have a lot of kata after all (94 according to wikipedia), so it plays a huge part in what we do. We stress speed a lot, and a lot of senseis will stress speed over power, especially concerning footwork. Of course, I'd recommend you get a feel for what the dojo and I think Wado Ryu has some classical jiu jitsu grappling techniques, Kyokushin is just full contact bareknuckle kickboxing with no face punches.
