Kyokushin is called the strongest karate for a reason it's extremely hard on the body and will turn you into a walking tank (unless you get punched in the face). You will spar a lot more. Some schools allow punches to the head (shinken Shobu rules). Goju is more traditional and more emphasis is placed on Kata and bunkai.

Kyokushin is of course known for its heavy sparring, hard training and power which you wouldn't usually focus on quite so much in Wado. I would look up the concept of "shoshin" in martial arts, taking a beginner's mindset, even after black belt. You will need that to start from white belt in a completely different style.
